Thomas Armsby started off doing Parkour, Free Running & Gymnastics as his main form of exercise before he started weightlifting.

Tom built his experience as a PT, training clients in the UK before moving to Australia in 2017 with his partner Roslyn.

Thomas focuses on the fundamentals and finer details when it comes to lifting weights. He uses the knowledge gained from continuous development and self training to teach others how to move correctly and more efficiently.

Currently, Thomas trains in Olympic lifting and power training whilst still often referring back to the principles of free running and gymnastics.
