Group Fitness classes are one of the best ways to get started at the gym. Our certified and professional instructors are there to motivate you to maximise your workout time as well as ensure that you get the most out of your exercises through emphasis on proper form, technique, and intensity. Ranging from high intensity to gentle conditioning and everything in between, our group exercise classes will inspire you to achieve your health and fitness goals. FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Say no more….we’re not called The Rig just because it soundscool. Rigs have quickly become one of the fundamentals of functional fitness training in all modern gyms. We grab this concept and take it to a whole new level. The centrepiece of our gym is a 14m x 10m multi-level Rig complete with 2m x 14m sled tracks. Its versatility and functionality is endless and enables you to really get inventive with your exercise regime. Combining the rig with our illustrious range of Raw Fitness Functional equipment from weighted vests, pro kettlebells, sleds, air bikes and concept rowers we are just about as functional as training can get.
REHABILITATION
Along with strength and conditioning, the Rig 24/7 also caters for rehabilitation and injury management exercise programs. We have a variety of low impact rehabilitation machines including ERG Ski Machines, Concept rowers, exercise bikes (including recombinant), treadmills and powerbands to get you bouncing back from injury and help you maintain fitness throughout. Our trainers will work closely with your therapist to ensure your contoured exercise program is effective and achieving its desired result on schedule. Short-term rehab memberships available tailored to your specific requirements.
