Originally from the UK, now living on the right side of the planet. Thomas’ background consists of Gymnastics, weight lifting and Free Running which he still practices. Thomas has close to 10 years worth of personal training experience, working with a wide range of clients. No matter the goal, Thomas dedicates his time into making you the better version of yourself.

Training sessions with Thomas is about learning to how to train correctly and safely, whilst overcoming life’s obstacles, such as injuries, time, space and lack of equipment.

Harmony Personal Trainer at the Rig 24/7

Harmony comes from a competitive background in running and actively participating in numerous of sports. Harmony has always had a passion to help people take the step to healthier habits both mind and body, completing her cert III and cert IV in personal training and 200hr yoga training. Harmony has also completed a wellness coaching cert to aid in motivating and making her clients accountable to meet their goals.

Kasey has been in and out of gyms for years but after her own 20kg transformation and finding the sport of powerlifting she was inspired to study fitness. She is passionate about strength training and wants to empower others through lifting weights. Certified Level 3 Strength System Coach.

Danielle Personal Trainer at the Rig 24/7

Danielle currently holds cert 3 and 4 in fitness and personal training, which she had studied over the past 2 years, I have completed all of my practical hours at a woman’s gym tribe as well as a CrossFit gym kruw fitness.

Danielle’s background is in group classes and cardio conditioning whilst having a strong mindset for being an inspirational strong mother.

Hunter has competed playing ice hockey for several years before finding a passion for resistance training. 

After completing his certificate 3 & 4, He found an interest in strength, sport and movement training. Hunter applies his time in making you stronger and efficient not only in sport but everyday life.

Jamie has grown up around Sport & Fitness his whole life playing cricket at a high level, and now has 5 years of experience as a Personal Trainer. 

Having trained clients ranging from beginners to athletes aged between 12-80, no challenge is too large. He brings fun and energy to all training sessions along with his infectious smile. Jamie is very adaptable with his plans and programs to suit a client’s needs, ensuring the best experience possible.

Goran comes from a background of Army combat, self-defence, Boxing, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu Bringing with him extensive knowledge in weightlifting and body building.

He has a wide scope of training abilities from the most novice of trainees to advanced athletes.

His many years of experience will mean that his clients will train with proper form and function to avoid injuries. If you’d like to be challenged he is the trainer for you.
